Like any major machine such as your car, you need to perform routine maintenance to clean out the filters and adjust the belts for the long-term health of your car. The same thing is true of your home and office air conditioning equipment, except in some cases the cost of repairing and or buying a new unit can be many times more expensive than a car. A preventative maintenance contract is absolutely essential for all units.

Each preventative maintenance contract differs somewhat based on the size of the HVAC unit and usage, but generally for a commercial property we will send a service technician to your location on a quarterly basis per year.
The technician will thoroughly clean your unit, check your air filter, adjust belt tension if needed, check control equipment, lubricate all bearings, inspect for refrigerant leaks, gas leaks, or oil traces, check condensate pumps, pans, and drain lines, clean and check water strainers, check motors and compressors for excessive amperage, inspect all electrical connections, and prepare system for either the upcoming summer or winter season.
