Jesse’s inspection in my system was spot on an accurate after consulting multiple HVAC companies. He clearly and accurately explained my options and the cost associated with each one.

I meant to make this review months ago! When I tell you I received the best service ! Let me say extremely grateful for this family owned business .. not only do they guarantee service but they hold to there word of being Texas Comfort !! I’m a small business owner who is starting over and they made me feel like a brand new company, being patient with me and my circumstances… I will always be grateful for this company!! Showed up same day as call. Worked within my parameters of timing. Very pleasant. I know I will need a new system eventually but the technician Jesse didn’t lead with that, just worked to get the AC cooling again today. Will continue to call them for service and when the unit goes out completely they will be my first call!

I wish I could remember the technicians name but we have never had a more knowledgeable, professional, courteous and respectful technician enter our home last night. The gentleman was so polite and showed a lot of integrity for working thru the problem and staying to make sure the problem was solved. And he told us this was a problem he, or his boss, have never seen before. If it wasn’t for his diligence we may have had to require another visit. It was an after hours call so he could have rushed thru this and hurried home to his daughter, but chose to stay to figure out and solve the problem. We are tremendously impressed and very happy with the results.

This young man deserves all the credit you will allow…You have a real star with this young man!!!!

After years of just putting a bandaid on my old AC unit to keep it running, I finally decided it was time to replace it—and I’m so glad I went with Texas Comfort Systems.

Everything started with Luis, who came out and walked me through my options. He was knowledgeable, patient, and helped me find a unit that was reasonably priced and a good fit for my home.

On installation day, the team showed up right on time and even sent a text letting me know they were on the way, which I really appreciated. They were efficient, professional, and worked quickly without cutting corners. They also took the time to answer all my questions and made sure I understood everything.

When they were done, they cleaned up the work area completely.

Texas comfort system, was awesome, they worked with me, on what I needed, helped answer my concerns and needs. Stephen was outstanding. Sure a nice, polite ,respectful young man. He explained about the unit and showed me all vents blowing good and showed me how to use new thermostat. The installers were efficient, and worked hard the whole time they were here. They cleaned up inside and outside. It was a nice experience compared to other work I’ve had done.

Technician shows up on time, very professional, & polite. Gives you a complete review of your system, anything they may have noticed or may need attention. They do not try to sell you un-needed repairs.
