I just wanted to give Aaron, our service technician a huge compliment. He was smart, efficient, a great trouble shooter and fixed our AC! We had a technician come out the day previous to his visit and that technician couldn’t fix our AC (2-stage system). Aaron didn’t give up! He was determined to find out what the actual problem was by checking everything one by one. He was very patient and he explained everything he was doing. He also went over the pricing and warranties before he left. Aaron was also very respectful and kind. We will definitely use him again!
