Julio was absolutely awesome…very professional, friendly and easy to understand…he explained every detail clearly and never tried to charge for anything that wasn’t needed…honesty is the key to a successful business, and he was truly honest from start to finish…we appreciated that so much that we’ll be using this company, and Julio, again and again for our construction projects as well as our own personal needs…and we’ll definitely spread the word so others can have a great experience where trust really matters.

Our furnace was blowing warm air. Called Texas Comfort Systems and they were out the next day. The service technician could hear the noise from the AC but checked the unit and made repairs. The technician spoke to us and explained the issue and gave us option to repair or wait and get another option. He went to get parts and we had cold air right away. The technician was professional and knowledgeable along with the company.

I would highly recommend this company. They did an excellent job from start to finish on our complete HVAC system replacement and installation. Great communication with all staff members at Texas Comfort Systems. They arrived on time and treated us and our property with respect. It’s difficult these days to find a company with great customer service, very skilled, knowledgeable staff and competitive prices all in the same company, but it looks like we did with TCS. They even did a no extra charge follow up visit, to check on everything a little over a week after the installation, just to make sure everything was in good working order and answer any questions we might have.
